• Q: How do I check the status of my order?
  • A: iBarcha partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). 
  • We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
  • Q: How long does shipping take?
  • A: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to process, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 3-4 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 4-5 weeks. (Please note we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to global circumstances.
  • Q: Why does shipping take so long?
  • A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible. (Please note we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to global circumstances.) 
  • Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
  • A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
  • Q : I think my package is missing, what should I do?
  • A : If you have not received your order within the time frame established for shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example). In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email : info@ibarcha.com or with the contact us form with your order details and we'll check on its status for you!

  • A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

  • A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

  • A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

  • A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
